Full Interior Paint & Flooring Installation – New Construction

This project involved interior finishing for a newly built home, including full spray application of walls and ceilings and glue-down luxury vinyl plank installation throughout the residence.Spray application ensured an even, professional finish across all interior surfaces. Flooring work included subfloor preparation, layout planning, and precision installation of glue-down vinyl plank across all living spaces for a durable, seamless result.

Kitchen & Hallway Paint Refresh & Demo

This project involved removing existing wall cabinets and refreshing a kitchen and adjoining hallway to improve brightness and overall flow in two high-visibility areas of the home. Minor surface repairs were completed prior to painting, followed by full repainting of walls and trim to deliver a clean, cohesive finish.

Three-Season Porch Refresh

This project focused on enhancing the character and finish of an existing three-season porch while maintaining its seasonal charm. Work included painting exterior decorative block, installing faux ceiling beams for added architectural detail, completing a beadboard ceiling installation, and updating light fixtures to improve both function and ambiance.

Interior Trim, Casing & Door Staining

This project involved finishing newly installed baseboards, door trim, window casing, and interior doors through a full sanding and stain application process. Each component was carefully prepped and stained to achieve a consistent, cohesive tone throughout the space.
